PERTH CONSULTATION FEES
CONSULTATION FEES FOR THIS SPECIALISED SERVICE ARE AS FOLLOWS-
INITIAL CONSULTATION: $150
STANDARD CONSULTATION: $110
HYDROTHERAPY SESSION : $50
Payment is required at time of service. Eftpos facilities are available onsite. These fees are partially rebatable by private health funds.
EPC Plans:
Natalie does accept clients wishing to use an Extended Primary Care Plan from their G.P. Clients pay the full consult fee at time of service and are then able to claim a rebate from medicare for up to 5 physiotherapy sessions if eligible for EPC.
WHAT TO WEAR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT ?
Loose comfortable clothing is the most appropriate clothing for your child to wear. Jeans are the most difficult clothing for us to work with in terms of assessing movement and palpating etc. Shorts /tights are a good option and we ask parents to bring tights or bike pants along if your daughter is wearing a skirt (for preservation of modesty when assessing hip movements etc). It is always wise to bring along their shoes they most commonly wear for assessment as well.

- ANY INFORMATION/REPORTS THAT YOU FEEL ARE RELEVANT TO BRING ( FROM YOUR DOCTOR/O.T.ETC)
- ANY RECENT IMAGING/XRAYS ETC
- ANY ORTHOTIC DEVICE OU RHCILD IS CURRENTLY USING ( ORTHOTICS ETC)
- ANY SIGNIFICANT RLATED FAMILY MEDICAL HISTORY
